A little bit of randomness cluttering my head…  Figured I need to jot  it down so as to move on from it…

… And with a rush of emotions swirling throughout his entirety,
Suddenly all was calm.
A stillness filled the air around them…
She gazed at him standing alone atop the hill…
He, fixated at the beautiful starlit sky, collapsed,
For the burden he carried, finally took its toll,
No longer able to suppress the pain,
No longer able to wear a benign smile…
He simply…
….ceased….
